摘要
将不同结晶度的聚丙烯薄膜进行负电晕驻极,发现在空气中退火时,聚丙烯薄膜热刺激电流峰随结晶度的升高向高温移动;在干冰中淬火时,聚丙烯薄膜热刺激电流峰随结晶度升高则向低温移动。我们到用经验方法,估算了活化能和电荷贮存寿命。解释了结晶结构的某些方面对驻极性能的影响。得知经111℃恒温处理再在干冰中淬火的聚丙烯膜有良好的驻极性能。
In the experiment we found that the TSDC peak temperatures of the non-oriented pp films move toward high temperature with the increase of the crystalline while they are cooled in air; The TSDC peak temperatures of non-oriented pp films move toward low temperature with the increase of the crystalline while they are cooled in dry-ice. The latter results have never arisen in the former research. With the experimental method, the activation energy and the intrinsic life time of pp clectret have been evaluated. We also ex- plain that some factors of crystalline structure have the effect on their electrct properties. It is known now that pp film treated with constant temperature of 110℃ has fairly good electret properties when cooled in dry-ice.
