摘要
介绍PP动力电缆绝缘料的试验配方筛选,生产工艺确定及挤制电动潜油泵电缆情况。其中包括三元共混树脂体系的研究以及抗氧、抗铜复合助剂体系的确定,生产该材料的不同工艺对比等。并对该材料的流变性能、分子量及分子量分布、微观形态等进行了分析和论述。
The selection of experimental recipe, processing method and application of the PP insulationnaterial for submerged oil pump power cable are presented, including study on three-componentsystem of the resin blends, selection of antioxidants, and copper inhibitors, and comparison ofdifferent processing methods. Rheological behavior, molecular weight and its distribution, andmorphology of the materials are also investigated.
