摘要
本文论述了原料立足国内,加入少量加工助剂,采用物理机械共混方法制备高流动、高抗冲聚丙烯的可行性及产品加工技术.用筛选后配方生产的双桶洗衣机内桶与用专用料生产的相比性能基本相当,甚至有高出.同时大幅度降低了成本。
This paper describes the processing technique and the feasibilty ofpreparing high flow and high impact polypropylene by adding a smallamount of processing aid and by means of phisic-machanical blending, basedon domestic materials. Compared with the properties of the inner tube ofthe twin-tube washer made of imported special material, the propertiesof the tube made of our material is basically equal to or even better thanthat of the tube made of the former material. Meanwhile, there is a highreducing in the cost.
