摘要
用3种不同η_r的PA6和3种不同MI的PE,以多种共混组成比熔融纺丝。通过调整PA6与PE的熔体粘度比,可使高组成含量的PA6构成共混纤维的分散相。
Polyamide 6 (PA 6) and polyethylene (PE) as components were blended in different ratios to prepare fibers by melt - spinning process. The morphologies of the blend fibers were investigated with scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that PA 6 with high ratio of component became disperse phase in the blend fiber by adjusting the molten viscosity ratio of PA 6 to PE.
