摘要
采用高效液相色谱与质谱分析了防老剂烷基/芳基对苯二胺(EPPD)的组成,并考察了乳化剂种类及用量、乳化温度及时间、高速搅拌机转速对EPPD乳化效果的影响。结果表明,防老剂EPPD由4种组分构成,分别是相对分子质量为185的C6H5—NH—C6H4—NH2、相对分子质量为225的C6H5—NH—C6H4—NH—C3H5、相对分子质量为269的C6H5—NH—C6H4—NH—C6H13和相对分子质量为283的C6H5—NH—C6H4—NH—C7H15,各组分的相对质量分数为4.8%,36.8%,5.3%,53.1%;采用歧化松香酸皂为乳化剂,在其用量为0.2份、乳化温度为60℃、搅拌转速为20 000 r/min、乳化8 min的条件下,防老剂EPPD在高速乳化机上能够实现较好的乳化,其乳液静置60 min不分层。
The component of alkyl/aryl-p-phenylenediamine (EPPD) was analyzed by mass spectrometry and high performance liquid chromatography.And the influence of the type and amount of emulsifier,emulsifying temperature and time,highspeed mixer speed on EPPD emulsification was investigated.The results showed that EPPD was consisted of C6H5—NH—C6H4—NH2 with relative molecular mass ((M)n) of 185,C6H5—NH—C6H4—NH—C3H5 with (M)n of 225,C6H5—NH—C6H4—NH—C6H13 with (M)n of 269 and C6H5—NH—C6H4—NH—C7H15 with (M)n of 283.The mass fractions of various components in EPPD were 4.8%,36.8%,5.3% and 53.1%,respectively.EPPD was emulsified better under the conditions of disproportionated rosin acid soap 0.2 phr,emulsifying temperature 60 ℃,stirring speed 20 000 r/min,emulsion time 8 min.
