摘要 以聚氨酯(PU)为基体,尼龙6(PA6)为增强材料,用浸渍及甲苯萃取法制备了PA6超细纤维增强的多孔PU复合材料。SEM照片显示PA6超细纤维直径和PU泡孔直径为1~3μm,尺寸均匀。力学测试表明复合材料的强度主要由PA6超细纤维提供,柔软度测试表明复合材料的柔软度主要由PU的模量决定。 The PA6 microfiber reinforced porous PU composites were prepared by impregnating and toluene extraction,in which PU as the matrix and PA6 as the reinforcing material.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) was used to study the structure of the composites.These micrographs showed that the diameter of the PA6 microfibers and the bubble holes were relatively uniform which were in the range of about 1~3 μm.The PA6 microfibers provided the tensile strength for the composites.The softness of the composites was dependent on the PU modulus,which decreased with the increase of PU modulus.
