摘要
在分析组织中的知识存量和组织知识的构成形式的基础上 ,提出一种基于有向无环图的组织知识度量模型 ,并且从理论上给出模型中的有向无环图的顶点和弧的分析以及组织的知识存量的度量方法。依据提出的模型 ,易于实现组织知识的量化分析 ,并反映组织中的知识结构。最后给出一个实例分析。
On the basis of analyzing the knowledge stocks in organization and the structure of organizational knowledge, a model for measurement of organizational knowledge based on acyclic digraph is presented. In the model, the analysis of vertex and arc of acyclic digraph and the approach to measurement of organizational knowledge are also given. According to the model, it is easy to realize quantitative analysis of organizational knowledge and to reflect the knowledge structure in the organization. Finally, we provided with a practical case is given to illustrate the proposed model.
