摘要
对组织知识存量的表示与度量方法进行研究。在对组织知识存量结构及存储情况进行分析的基础上,提出组织知识存量的加权知识网络模型。该模型将组织知识结构表示为一个层级有向网络,并通过对边进行加权和对节点赋值来实现组织知识及各知识点存量的度量,其中节点具有两类属性值,分别用以表示组织知识在人脑中和其他各类存储媒介中的存量,边则反映了知识点之间的构成关系。同时对模型建模方法进行探讨,最后结合一个实例对方法进行验证。
A method to represent and measure organizational knowledge stocks is proposed in the paper. Based on the analysis of the structure and the types of the storage medium of organizational knowledge, a weighted knowledge network model is presented which can represent the structure of organizational knowledge as a directed multi - tiered network, and can measure the organizational knowledge stocks by valuing the weights of edges and the attributes of nodes. In the model the nodes have two types of attributes, which denote the organizational knowledge stocks stored in human brains and other types of storage medium respectively, and the edges indicate how the knowledge points are composed. The modeling method of WKN is also proposed in the paper. In the end,a case study is given.
