摘要
测定被腰带长体茧蜂寄生的亚洲玉米螟 5龄幼虫体内不同组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、过氧化物酶 (POD)活性 ,以研究寄主昆虫免疫过程中产生的活性氧自由基 (ROS)与抗氧化酶的关系。结果表明 :被寄生后 ,寄主幼虫体内应激产生大量ROS ,从而诱导SOD、CAT、POD活性明显上升 (P <0 0 1)。不同组织中SOD、CAT和POD的分布存在差异 ,说明亚洲玉米螟被腰带长体茧蜂寄生所诱导产生的抗氧化酶可协同作用 ,从而清除体内产生的过量ROS。这种组织特异性有利于保存寄主 ,使寄生蜂成功寄生。
The activity of antioxidant enzymes,including superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and peroxidase(POD),was determined in vivo in different tissues of 5th instar larvae of O.furnacalis parasitized by M.cingulum.The results showed that a great deal of reactive oxygen species(ROS)were generated in the host larvae,and the increase of SOD activity was induced.In addition,the distribution of SOD,CAT and POD in the hemolymph,integument and fat body differed from each other.Thus,ROS induced in vivo in different tissues of 5th instar larvae of O.furnacalis parasitized by M.cingulum could be scavenged by the antioxidant enzymes,which was benefit for the sucessful development of M.cingulum in the host larvae.
