摘要
用含有0、100、200 mmol/L NaCl的Hoagland溶液处理沙打旺幼苗,处理15 d后测定叶绿素含量、根系活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、脯氨酸含量等指标。结果表明,POD活性、脯氨酸含量均随着盐浓度的升高而增加,MDA含量也随之增加,叶绿素含量和根系活力随盐度增加呈先升后降趋势。说明沙打旺的耐盐能力较强,沙打旺体内抗氧化保护酶(POD)和渗透调节物质(脯氨酸)在耐盐过程中发挥了重要作用。
Seedlings of Astragalus adsurgens Pall. were treated with 0, 100, 200 mmol/L NaC1. Then the chlorophyll content, root activity, malondiadehyde content (MDA), peroxidases activity (POD), and proline content were investigated after 15 days treatment. The results showed that the activity of POD increased with the increasing of salt stress, and the content of MDA and proline were promoted by increasing concentration of NaCl. The chlorophyll content and root activity both increased first and then declined with the increasing of salt stress. All these results implied that the antioxidative enzymes (POD) and osmolytes (proline) in Astragalus adsurgens Pall. played important roles under salt stress.
