摘要
椰心叶甲幼虫被寄生后体壁逐步硬化,几丁质、蛋白质、脂类等主要组分含量发生变化.石油醚溶解脂肪法、饱和KOH消化几丁质法、考马斯亮蓝结合法测定蛋白质,分析各组分含量变化.结果显示:被寄生幼虫表皮总脂肪相对含量7.59%,未寄生11.80%;被寄生幼虫表皮几丁质相对含量63.12%,未寄生58.10%;被寄生幼虫表皮蛋白质相对含量3.62%,未寄生13.26%,说明幼虫被寄生后体壁脂肪和蛋白质部分被寄生蜂利用.SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析被寄生幼虫体壁蛋白种类,比未寄生多出3条条带,缺失2条条带,说明幼虫被寄生后蛋白质种类有变化.
The integument sclerosis occured after Brontispa longissima (Gestro) larvae were parasitized, the content of it's components changed.Though dissolving fats with mineral ether, digesting chitin wicth saturated KOH, detecting protein with coomassie brilliant blue, content of totalfats of parasitoid larvae is 7.59%, healthy larvae is 11.80%; Content of chitin of parasitoid larvae is 63.12%, healthy larvae is 58.10%; Content of totalprotein of parasitoid larvae is 3.62%, healthy larvae is 13.26%.The result indicated that the fats and protein were used by parasitoid wasps.SDS-PAGE analysis of kinds of protein of parasitoid larvae's integument showed addition of 3 tapes and missing of 2 tapes, which indicated that the kinds of protein changed after parasitized.
