摘要
目的 :进一步探讨微核、银染核仁组织区颗粒 (AgNOR)和细胞增殖抗原 (PCNA)这些标志物在口腔癌发展过程中的变化 ,并验证这些标志物作为口腔癌前病变预后标志物及口腔癌干预研究的中间终点标志物的可靠性。方法 :用DMBA诱发的地鼠口腔癌模型 ,进行不同病变中微核、AgNOR和PCNA测定。结果 :金黄色地鼠口腔粘膜上皮微核细胞率、每核Ag NORs颗粒数目和PCNA标记指数在癌症发展过程中随病变加重而增高 ,与组织病理变化相关。结论
Objective:To explore the changes of biological biomarkers such as micronuclei frequency,the number of silver stained nucleolar organizer regions (AgNOR) and labeling index of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in oral carcinogenesis and confirm these biomarkers reliability used for oral precancerous lesions prognosis and intermediate endpoint for oral cancer intervention.Methods:In DMBA induced hamster oral cancer,the micronuclei frequency,AgNOR and PCNA were observed in different oral lesions.Results:Micronuclei frequency,the number of AgNOR and PCNA labeling index were increased with oral carcinogenesis and were correlated with oral histopathological grade.Conclusion:It is reliability that micronuclei frequency,the number of AgNOR and PCNA labeling index are used as prognosis biomarkers for oral precancerous lesion and intermediate endpoint for oral cancer intervention.
