当今世界科技发展突飞猛进 ,军事斗争卫勤准备给军队医院带来了新的挑战和发展机遇 ,迫切需要加快科技创新 ,采取多种措施 ,加强军事医学人才队伍建设 。
Development of the science and tech advances rapidly in current world. The preparation for the medical services gives the hospitals new chance and challenge. The innovation is in great need. The talented person is the key in the innovation. The author discussed ways as taking various methods, enforcing building of the talented team of the military medicine. The innovation of the science and tech is a systems engineering, so the innovation mechanism should be built and improved.
