摘要
本文对海湾战争及伊拉克战争期间美军的卫勤保障机制的特点进行了概述,据此对我军在高技术战争中的卫勤保障工作进行了探讨,提出我军战时卫勤保障建设应注意的问题:①建立军地结合和平战结合的机制;②实行分级救治和医疗后送;③建立机动快速的模式;④提高人员的综合效能;⑤建立自动和机动的指挥平台;⑥研究野战条件下的卫生装备和防护器材。

The issues of PLA health service which should be paid attention to in war time were as follows. ① Establishing the mechanism of the army-civilian and peachwar joint health service safegurd mechanism;② Implementing grading treatlnent and medical evaeuation;③ Maintaining in high-speed and flexible mode;④ Improving the integrative effectiveness of personnel; ⑤ Building a automatic and mobile commanding platform; ⑥ Researching equipments of health and protection under the condition of field operations.
