摘要
本文介绍了本院加强学科建设的主要做法和具体举措,并结合医院实际对加强学科建设、促进医院快速发展进行积极的探索,在加强学科建设上强调:①抓特色,创品牌,打造学科拳头领域;②抓重点,带一般,推动学科整体发展;③抓人才,强基础,蓄积学科发展力量;④抓技术,出成果,追求学科自我超越;⑤抓硬件,强支撑,创造学科发展条件。
The article introduced the main ways and methods of reinforcing subject construction, and made a deep reflection on the hospital rapid development from the viewpoint of subject construction. The author mainly put forward the following aspects to promote the subjects construction, which were stressing the characteristics to create brand, stressing importance to promote the overall development of subjects, paying attention to talents to accumu- late the development strength, stressing technology to achieve self - surpass, constructing hardware to create good development condition of subjects.
