摘要
目的 探讨肾钙乳症的诊断和治疗。方法 回顾分析 1998年 10月～ 2 0 0 2年 5月诊治的 2 3例肾钙乳症患者。结果 通过B超、X线照片、CT确诊 14例 ,拟诊 4例 ,误诊 5例。 13例手术治疗 ,10例保守治疗并随访。结论 B超、X线照片、CT等对肾钙乳症具有很高的确认率。误诊是因为对肾钙乳症的性质及影像学特征不了解。手术对肾钙乳症治愈率较高。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment on disease of kidney calcium latex. Methods 23 cases with kidney calcium latex treated during the period of October, 1998 to May, 2002 were analyzed.Results 14 cases were diagnosed, 4 cases were first diagnosed ,and 5 cases were misdiagnosed through B-ultrasonic ,X-ray photos and CT.13 cases were operated and the others were not.Conclusions The diagnosis rate on disease of kidney calcium latex is very high with the help of B-ultrasonic, X-ray photos and CT,and operation can help to improve the cure rate greatly.
