摘要
对１８例肾钙乳病人进行Ｂ超与Ｘ线检查，并作对照分析，探讨两种方法对肾钙乳的诊断价值。１８例肾钙乳者Ｂ超诊断全部与手术结果符合，Ｘ线诊断正确１７例，误诊为肾结石１例。Ｂ超与Ｘ线检查诊断肾钙乳．均有特征性表现，即麻饼征、钙液面以及随着体位变化钙乳图像的形态改变。认为Ｂ超与Ｘ线是诊断肾钙乳可靠的理想的检查方法。
Concomitant ultrasonography and X-ray examination were carried out in 18 cases of milky renal stone.The ultrasonic diagnosis accorded with the operative result in all the cases and the accurate diagnosis with X-ray examination was achieved in 17“sesame cake features”an“calcigerous fluid planes”were the cardinal findings on ultrasonography and X-ray examination.Both ultrasonography and X-ray examination were claimed to be reliable in the diagnosis of milky renal stone.
