摘要
目的：探讨X线和CT对肾钙乳症的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析19例肾钙乳症患者的X线平片和CT表现。结果：男15例;女4例,年龄20~63岁,均为单侧发生,其中囊肿型4例,积水型15例。X线平片12例可显示钙液平面,表现为＂半月征＂或＂盘中盛果征＂。19例CT图像均清晰显示病灶全貌和钙液平面,并进行分型。结论X线平片和CT能显示肾钙乳症的特征性影像学改变（钙液平面）,其中以CT诊断价值更高,能为临床治疗提供可靠的病理和解剖依据。
Objective：To discuss the value of X- ray plain film and computed tomography （CT） in the di- agnosis of renal milk of calcium （RMC）. Methods： Nineteen cases of X - ray plain film and CT findings of RMC were reviewed retrospectively. Result： In 19 cases, 15 male 4 female, ages 20 years63 years, all patients were u- nilateral lesion, 4 were cyst type and 15 were hydronephrosis type. In 12 cases, X - ray plain film displayed the calcium- liquid level which showed ＂half- moon sign＂ or ＂fruit in plant sign＂. CT clearly displayed the whole view of RMC and its calcium - liquid level in all cases, and discriminated types of RMC. Conclusions： X - ray plain film and CT can display characteristic change of RMC. CT can definitely discriminate types of RMC and provide more reliable pathologic and anatomic data.
