摘要
就国内外人才培养大势看来 ,加强湖南省的研究生教育 ,具有紧迫性 ,世界各国尤其是西方发达国家 ,研究生教育得到了快速发展 ,湖南省应大力加强高等学校学科建设 ,夯实研究生教育基础 ,认真抓好科学研究工作 ,大力培育学科特色 ,营造良好的育人环境 。
From the prospect of global trend in talent development, it is imperative to enhance the graduate education in Hunan province.As graduate education in various countries in the world, especially those in the western developed countries gains rapid development, Hunan should put great effort in university constructions, graduate education, scientific research so as to strength the character of specialty, nourish a healthy educational environment for graduates.
