摘要
因番茄红素的标准样品价格昂贵 ,且由于本身的稳定性差 ,不宜长期保存。本文制备出番茄红素的纯品 ,经紫外光谱法、红外光谱法、质谱及核磁共振对其进行了定性分析 ,结果表明样品为全反式的番茄红素。采用示差量热扫描法和高效液相色谱法对样品进行了定量分析 ,DSC法测定结果为 99 5 3% ,HPLC法用归一化法定量为 10 0 % ,采用标准物作外标 ,用单点校正法定量为 10 4 7%。
Bcause of its poor stability,the standard sample of lycopene can't be stored for a long time.this sduty successfully prepared standard sample of lycopene. It was checked by uv-visible spectrum,infrared spectrum,mass spectrum and NMR spectrum.it was proved to be all-trans lycopene. DSC and HPLC were used to quantitative analysis. The result of DSC was 99.53%, HPLC quantified its purity was greater than or equal to 100%.
