摘要
综述了热分析分析技术在质量控制中的应用及发展趋势,详细讨论了熔点、纯度、多晶态、结晶水和吸附水的测定方法。并简述药物定量分析鉴定真伪及药品中原辅料之间相互作用的应用情况,由于操作简便、测量快、样品不需处理和费用低等特点以及仪器联用技术的开发,该技术在药学领域的应用并取得进一步发展。
The application and development trend of thermal analysis analysis technology in quality control were reviewed, and the measurement methods of the melting point, purity, meltability, more gesso and adsorption of water were discussed in detail. And this drug quantitative analysis and appraisal authenticity drug interaction between central accessories, the applica- tion of easy operation, quick measurement, sample without treatment and cost low characteristic and the instrument technology development were briefly introduced. This technology in the application of pharmic field obtained further development.
