摘要
目的 探讨红外光引导细针穿刺活检在乳腺癌诊断中的应用 .方法 在红外光引导下以 COOK活检针对 12 8例可疑乳腺癌患者进行穿刺取材做病理组织学诊断 ,对结果为恶性的患者即行乳腺癌根治术 ,对结果为良性的患者据术中冰冻切片结果决定术式 .所有患者术后均做常规病理切片 ,并将结果与穿刺诊断结果进行比较分析 .结果 12 8例患者穿刺成功 12 8例 ,成功率为 10 0 %,得到满意组织 12 0例 ,组织学阳性率 93.75 %,活检穿刺病理结果与术后常规病理切片结果比较无假阳性率 ,假阴性率 18.18%,总诊断准确度为98.33%.结论 红外光引导细针穿刺活检是诊断乳腺癌简便而有效的方法 ,对手术和其他治疗方法有重要的指导意义 .
AIM To evaluate the role of infrared-guided fine-needle percutaneous biopsy in the diagnosis of primary breast cancer. METHODS Infrared-guided fine-needle percutaneous biospy with COOK ○R Quick-core Biopsy Needle was performed in 128 suspicious breast cancer patients. The modified radical operation was performed in patients with the malignant result. For those with benign result, the operation method was determined according to the result of freezing section at surgery. All patients underwent the routine pathological section examinations, and the result was compared with that of percutaneous biopsy. RESULTS Successful puncture rate was 100%. Tissue was successfully obtained from 120 patients; the positive rate of histology was 93.75%, Compared with the result of pathology diagnosis after operation, the false negative rate was 18.18%, the total diagnostic accuracy was 95.33%. CONCLUSION Infrared-guided fine-needle percutaneous biopsy is a useful, safe and convenient diagnosis method for braest cancer, which also can supply reliable foudation for operation or other treament.
