摘要
目的探讨蒲黄的最佳处理方法。方法以有效成分总黄酮为指标,将经破壁工艺处理后的蒲黄药材与未经破壁工艺处理的蒲黄药材分别采用煎煮法、浸渍法、回流法3种不同提取方法进行提取,以紫外分光光度法测定各提取液中总黄酮含量。结果所得的蒲黄提取液中总黄酮含量依如下顺序减少:破壁工艺处理后以乙醇为溶媒采用回流法提取>破壁工艺处理后以乙醇为溶媒采用浸渍法提取>以乙醇为溶媒采用回流法提取>破壁工艺处理后以水为溶媒采用包煎法提取>以水为溶媒采用包煎法提取>以乙醇为溶媒采用浸渍法提取。结论采用破壁工艺处理后,可提高蒲黄提取液中总黄酮的含量。
Objective: To screen the optimal extraction process of pollen Typhae. Methods: Pollen Typhae pretreated with or without cell-wall-broken process were treated by decoction, infusion and the heat reflux method respectively. And then the content of total flavones in various extraction was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. Results: The total flavones content in the following extraction was in a decreasing sequence: Alcohol-reflux with cell-wall-broken process > Alcohol-infusion with cell-wall-broken process > Alcohol-reflux > Packaged water-decoction with cell-wall-broken process > Packaged water-decoction > Alcohol-infusion. Conclusion: With the cell-wall-broken extraction process, a higher content of total flavones was obtained from Pollen Typhae .
