莱菔子中总黄酮和多糖的微波提取与含量测定 被引量:4

摘要 运用微波技术提取莱菔子总黄酮和多糖,用比色法测定总黄酮和多糖含量。结果表明:莱菔子中总黄酮含量为0.60%,平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=1.04%(n=5)。多糖含量为12.73%,平均回收率为101.54%,RSD=0.46%(n=5)。运用微波技术从莱菔子中联合提取总黄酮和多糖,其反应速度加快,提取效率提高。 To extract and determine total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Anemarrhena Sphodeloides Bge. Total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Anemarrhena Sphodeloides Bge were extracted by microwave technique and determined by colorimetry;Results Total flavonoids in Anemarrhena Sphodeloides Bge is 0.60%,and recovery rate is 100.3%,RSD was 1.04%(n=5);Polysaccharides in Anemarrhena Sphodeloides Bge is 12.73%,and recovery rate is 101.54%,RSD was 0.46%(n=5).Microwave Technique was applied to extract total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Anemarrhena Sphodeloides Bge for the first time. The reaction speed is faster and the result is satisfactory.
