摘要
目的 :探讨灵芝茶抑制辐射损伤作用。方法 :选用小鼠进行灵芝茶抗辐射试验。结果显示 ,灵芝茶各试验组动物的骨髓微核率明显低于辐射对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;12 .0 g/kg.bw、 18.0 g/kg.bw灵芝茶试验组动物血中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和 6 .0 g/kg.bw组动物平均存活时间明显高于辐射对照组 (P<0 .0 1) 。
Objective:To evaluate the anti irradiating damage activities of Lingzhi tea(LT).Methods:Mice were treated with LT and γ ray.Results:After mice being irradiated by γ ray,the marrow micronuclei rates in the mice of three groups treated with LT were lower than those of control group( P <0 01),the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities in mice treated with LT(12 0 and 18 0g/kg.bw) and the living time of mice treated with LT(6 0g/kg bw) were higher than those of the control groups( P <0 01),respectively.Above observation,it is concluded that The LT possess protective effects on irradtating injury.
