摘要
莲具有较高的营养价值和食疗效果,它的天然产物如多糖、多酚、黄酮和原花青素等有着显著的抗氧化、抗肿瘤或抑菌等生物活性,赋予其极高的开发价值和广阔的市场前景。本文对莲天然产物的主要类型及其各种生物活性的研究现状和进展进行了综述。
Lotus has good nutritional value and therapeutic effect.The natural products extracted from lotus, such as polysaccharides, polyphenols,fiavonoids and procyanidins, are reported to own significant antioxidant, anti-tumor and anti- bacterial activities etc., which endow lotus with greater development value and broader market prospects.This paper summarized the main types of lotus natural products and the research progress in their biological activities in recent years.
