摘要
本实验以果蝇为实验动物模型对灵芝茶进行了果蝇生存实验观察。结果显示，实验组除0．2％剂量组雄性果蝇平均寿命低于对照组外（P＜0.01），各实验组果蝇的平均寿命，半数寿命，最高寿命与对照组间均无显著性差异（P＞0．05）
Drosophila melanogasters were used as an animal model to study the effect of ganoderma lucidum on their life span. The survival time the drosophila melanogasters was observed. The results showed there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05), except that the average life span of the male group of 0.2% was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01)
