摘要
研究了不同激素组合处理对鲁梅克斯K 1杂交酸模子叶愈伤组织的诱导 ,试验结果表明 ,2 ,4 D配合使用 6 BAP时愈伤组织诱导率最高。在附加 1 0mg/L 2 ,4 D的液体MS培养基中通过悬浮培养分离出的单细胞 。
This paper studied the effects of different hormone combinations and concentrations on callus induction hybrid sour dock cv.Rumex K 1.The experimental results showed that the induced rate of callus was the best by MS medium supplemented with 2,4 D and 6 BAP.The monocells were cultured in MS liquid medium supplemented with 1 0 mg/L 2,4 D was appropriate.After some times of culture,the cells suspension culture was set up.
