摘要
植物的正常生长发育需要一个适度的盐分环境,超过一定的阈值,植物就会受到盐胁迫甚至盐伤害。在盐胁迫下,植物体内发生一系列的生理生化反应来消除或降低盐分的伤害作用,即阻止、减少或抵偿盐分所诱导的有害胁变的生理生化过程。本研究综述和讨论了包括离子的内流、外流、区域化及渗透调节物质的合成、光合途径的改变、激素的调节和基因特异性表达等植物盐适应性调节的生理学机制的研究进展。
The moderate salinity environment is necessary to the plant normal growth and development. Otherwise, the plant would be under salt stress or be injured by salt. After treated by salt, a series of physiological and biochemical reactions occur to eliminate or alleviate the physiological damage induced by improper salinity. In this paper we discuss and summarize the salt adaptive mechanisms of plants including the influx, efflux, exclusion and compartmentalization of ions, and the synthesis of osmoregulatory substances, the change of photosynthesis pathway, the adjustment of hormone and the specific expression of gene.
