摘要
用玉米淀粉、氯乙酸和氢氧化钠为原料 ,在乙醇溶剂中反应制备羧甲基淀粉 .考察了反应的影响因素 ,并研究了羧甲基淀粉糊的性能 .
With ethyl acohol as solvent,carboxymethyl starch has been made from corn starch,choroacetic acid and sodium hydroxide.At the same time,the factor affecting the reaction and the property of the carboxymethyl pastry are studied.
