摘要
用玉米淀粉、氯乙酸和氢氧化钠为原料,在乙醇溶剂中反应制备了取代度为0.6的羧甲基淀粉。采用正交设计试验考察了物料配比、反应温度、反应时间对产物取代度的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。
Carboxymethyl starch with degree of substitution(DS)0 6 has been made from corn starch,chloroacetic acid and sodium hydroxide,and with ethyl alcohol as solvent.The effects of the ratio of reactants,reaction temperature and reaction time on the substitutive degree of products are investigated by the method of orthogonal designing,and the optimum reaction conditions are ascertained.
