摘要
以面粉和氯乙酸为主要原料 ,在NaOH存在条件下加热搅拌合成了羧甲基淀粉钠 ,其最佳投料比为面粉∶氯乙酸∶氢氧化钠 =0 2 5∶0 6∶1(摩尔比 ) ,反应温度为 5 0℃~ 74℃ ,合成出的产品质量好 。
The sodium carboxymethyl starch was synthesized with flour and chloroacetic acid as the main starting materials in the presence of NaOH under heating.The best proportion is flour∶ClCH 2COOH∶NaOH=0.25∶0.6∶1(mol).The temperature of reaction is 50 ℃~74 ℃.So the synthetic product is of a great yield with the best quantity.
