摘要
本试验用尼龙袋技术测定了常用蛋白质饲料豆粕、棉籽粕、葵籽饼和鱼粉的干物质和蛋白质在瘤胃中的降解率。结果表明 ,4 8h的大豆粕蛋白质降解率最高 ,达 93.5 6 % ,其次为葵籽饼、棉籽粕、鱼粉 ,分别为87.4 4 %、84 .91%和 5 8.15 %。 4 8h的大豆粕干物质降解率最高 ,达 85 .2 7% ,其次是棉籽粕、葵籽饼、鱼粉 ,分别为 6 4 .77%、6 1.32 %和 5 1.97%。
The degradabilities of matter and protein of commonly used feeds such as soybean meal , sunflower meal , cottonseed meal , fish mealwere determined with nylon bag technigue . Results show that at 48 of incubation , the protein degradability of soybean meal is 93.56% , which is the highest in all feeds .The protein degradability of sunflower meal , cottonseed meal , fish meal are 87.44% , 84.91% and 58.15 % , respectively . The dry matter degradability of soybean meal , cottonseed meal , sunflower meal , fish meal are 85.27% , 64.77% , 61.32% , 51.97%,respectively .
