摘要
给4只装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的新疆细毛羊羯羊(体重为40kg±3.02kg)饲喂添加不同水平菜籽油的日粮,用尼龙袋法测定了芨芨草叶片在瘤胃中6、12、24、36、48、72h时的降解率;采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,研究了在反刍动物日粮中添加不同水平的菜籽油后对芨芨草叶片中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)在绵羊瘤胃内降解率的影响。结果表明:未添加菜籽油的日粮中NDF和ADF降解率分别为26.97%、26.12%;添加6%菜籽油后NDF和ADF的降解率分别为29.87%、30.56%,与未添加菜籽油日粮相比分别提高了10.75%、17.00%,在0.05水平上有差异;添加8%菜籽油与未添加菜籽油日粮相比NDF和ADF的降解率分别降低了5.38%、2.79%,但在0.05水平上无差异。
Degradability of Achnatherum splendens leaf were measured at 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h, respectively, by nylon bag method in 4 Xinjiang fine wool sheep 40±3.02 kg in weight which were installed permanent rumen fistula and fed with ration added with different levels of rapeseed oil. The rapeseed oil content in ration was 0, 4 %, 6 % and 8 % and 4×4 Latin Square design test was adopted, which aimed to study the effect of different levels of rapeseed oil in ruminant ration on the NDF （neutral detergent fiber） and ADF （acid detergent fiber） degradability of Achnatherum splendens leaf in sheep rumen. The results showed that NAF and ADF degradability of ration without adding rapeseed oil were 26.97 % and 26.12 %, respectively. After adding 6 % rapeseed oil, the NAF and ADF degradability were 29.87 % and 30.65 %, which increased by 10.75 % and 17.00 %, respectively, compared with those without adding rapeseed oil. And the two group had significant difference（P〈0.05）. NDF and ADF degradability of ration with 8 % rapeseed oil decreased by 5.38 % and 2.79 % compared with those without adding rapeseed oil, respectively, and they had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.
