摘要
目的 探讨CD44V8-10蛋白在胃癌中的表达与转移的相关性。方法 用SP免疫组化方法检测CD44V8-10蛋白在胃癌中的表达。结果CD44V8-10阳性表达与胃癌的部位、浸润深度无关（P>0.05）,与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移和远处转移有关（P<0.05）。结论CD44V8-10在胃癌转移中可能起一定作用,并可能对胃癌高危病人的预后判断有一定价值。
Objective To evaluate the correlation between the expression of CD44V8 - 10 protein and metastasis for gastric carcinoma. Methods The expression of CD44V8 - 10 protein was examined in gastric carcinoma specimens by means of the SP immunohistochemical technique. Results There were no significant correlations between the expression of CD44V8 - 10 and the tumor location as well as the depth of tumor invasion ( P > 0.05) . However, significant correlation was found between the expression of CD44V8 - 10 protein and the degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and distant metastasis ( P < 0.05) . Conclusions CD44V8 - 10 may play a role in the metastasis of gastric carcinoma, consequently its expression may be of use in identifying high risk patients.
