摘要
探讨ＣＤ４４Ｖ８－１０在胃癌中的表达及意义。方法：用ＳＰ免疫组化方法检测ＣＤ４４Ｖ８－１０在胃癌中的表达。结果：ＣＤ４４Ｖ８－１０阳性表达与胃癌的部位、浸润深度无关（Ｐ＞０．０５），与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移和远处转移有关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：ＣＤ４４Ｖ８－１０在胃癌转移中可能起一定作用，并可能对高危病人的预后判断有一定价值。
To evaluate the significance of the expression of CD44 variant exons 8-10(CD44V8-10) in gastric cancer. Methods: The expression of CD44V8-10 was examined in gastric cancer specimens by means of the SP immunohistochemical technique. Results: There was no significant correlation between the expression of CD44V8-10 and the location as well as the depth of tumor invasion of the tumor(p>0.05). However, significant correlation was found between the expression of CD44V8-10 and the degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and distant metastasis(P<O.05). Conclusions: CD44V8-10 may play a role in the metastasis of gastric cancer, consequently its expression may be of use in identifying high risk patients.
