摘要
根据田径运动的特点 ,运动员在赛前进行心理准备和赛前的心理训练 ,使运动员的心理调节到最佳状态 ,在比赛中很好的发挥出体力、技术和战术水平 ,取得较好的成绩。
In the light of the characteristics of the track and field sports, some necessary mental preparations and training before the real contest will help the athletes keep a good mental state, heighten their physical strength, improve their skills and techniques, and thus get good results in the real contest.
