摘要
目的采用反相高效液相色谱法测定滋肾丸中芒果苷、盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法色谱柱 :Hy persilC18柱 ;芒果苷流动相为甲醇 水 醋酸 (2 2∶78∶0 6,V∶V) ,检测波长 :3 2 0nm ;盐酸小檗碱流动相为甲醇 乙腈 水 三乙胺 (1 0∶2 3∶70∶0 2 ,V∶V) ,用磷酸调pH =4,检测波长 :3 40nm。结果芒果苷平均回收率为 97 3 % ,RSD =1 9% (n =5 ) ;盐酸小檗碱平均回收率为 1 0 0 8% ,RSD =2 8% (n =5 )。结论本法简便 ,准确 ,为滋肾丸的质量控制提供一定依据。
Objective To develop a RP HPLC method to determine the contents of mangiferin and berberine hydrochloride in the Zishen Pills. Methods The mobile phase: (1)CH 3OH∶H 2O∶HOAc(22∶78∶0 6, V∶V ), the detection wavelength was 320 nm; (2)CH 3OH∶CH 3CN∶H 2O∶(CH 3CH 2) 3N(10∶23∶70∶02, V∶V ), pH=4(H 3PO 4), the detection wavelength was 340nm. Results The average recovery of mangiferin was 97 3%,RSD=1 9%( n =5),the average recovery of berberine hydrochloride was 100 8%,RSD=2 8% (n =5).Conclusions The methods were simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of the Zishen Pills.
