摘要
目的建立测定二母宁嗽丸(贝母、知母)中芒果苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法的测定方法。方法采用DIONEX-C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈:甲醇:0.5%冰醋酸水溶液(3∶10∶87)为流动相,流速0.8 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长318 nm。结果芒果苷在4.0-80.0μg/mL浓度范围内有良好线性关系(r=0.9995),平均加样回收率为96.7%,RSD小于2.0%。结论本方法简便,快速,准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a RP - HPLC method for the determination of mangiferin in Ermu - Ningsou Wan （ Bulbus Fritillari- ae Cirrhosae, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae）. Methods The RP - HPLC system consisted of the DIONEX - C18 （4.6mm× 250mm, 5 μm） col- umn, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitriie - methanol -water（3： 10： 87）with O. 5% glacial acetic, the flow rate was 0. 8 mL/min, the column temperature was 30℃, The UV detector was set at 318nm. Results The linear response range was 4.0 - 80. 0 μg/mL（ r = 0. 9995 ）. The average recovery of mangiferin was 96.7%, and RSD 〈 2%. Conclution The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable. It can be aoolied in determination of mangiferin in Ermu - Ninasou Wan.
