摘要
木霉菌株BTW41孢子在常见的碳源中 (例葡萄糖、蔗糖、淀粉 )并不能萌发 ,但在蜜二糖中的萌发率很高 ,2 4h达到了 80 % ;BTW41对无机氮源的利用不好 ,在蛋白胨、酵母汁中的萌发率极高。木霉菌株BTW41萌发的最适温度条件是 2 5~ 30℃ ,在RH80 %以下时 ,木霉菌孢子不萌发 。
The spore from BTW 4 1 had less germination in common carbon nutrition(such as glucose, sucrose and starch) but very high germination, which reached 80% in melibiose nutrition in 24 hours. BTW 4 1 was difficult to use inorganic nitrogen for growth, however its spore germination rate was high in solution containing peptone and yeast juice. There was best growth condition of Trichoderma at the range of 25-30℃ , The spore of Trichoderma couldn't germinate at below RH80%, however no much effect of illumination was found on the Trichoderma spore germination.
