摘要
以产孢量为测定指标,对三七渣固态发酵生产生防菌绿色木霉进行了研究,考察了氮源添加量、pH值、原料粒径、磷酸盐添加量、含水量等因素对产孢量的影响,并采用正交试验优化了培养基制备条件。研究结果表明,三七渣适宜作为生产绿色木霉孢子的培养基质;优化后的培养基制备条件为:麸皮添加量为10%,硫酸铵添加量为1%,含水量为60%,磷酸盐添加量为1.35%,原料粒径100目,pH值自然。在此条件下发酵,绿色木霉产孢量可达到8.59×109cfu/g。
According to the sporulation quantity, the production of the biocontrol Trichodenna viride from notoginseng residues by the solid-state fermentation was studied. The effect of nitrogen source, initial pH value, particle size of raw material, phosphate source and water content on sporulation quantity was tested, and the optimal preparation condition of culture medium was concluded by orthogonal test. The results showed that the notogin- seng residues was available to be used as medium of Trichoderma viride. The optimal culture condition was bran 10%, ammonia sulfate 1% and phosphate 1.35% were added in notoginseng residues, water content 60%, particle size 100 mesh, natural pH value. Under the conditions, the spore concentration reached 8.59× 10^9cfu/g.
