摘要
应用细胞培养技术研究35例垂体分泌性腺瘤体外培养细胞对 TRH 和多巴胺的反应,结果显示培养成活率高。82%的泌乳素(PRL)瘤细胞在2.5μmol 的 TRH 作用下,激素分泌明显增加。10μmol 的多巴胺(DA)使77%的 PRL 瘤细胞分泌受到明显抑制。33%的生长激素(GH)瘤细胞在2.5μmol 的 TRH 作用下,激素分泌明显增加。10μmol 的 DA 使55%的 GH 瘤细胞分泌明显减少。混合性腺瘤又以 PRL 分泌对 TRH 和 DA 更为敏感,可能和瘤细胞的受体功能和受体后过程功能失调有关。本实验提示垂体分泌性腺瘤在一定程度上受下丘脑的调节和影响,可能是一种“部分自主性”的肿瘤。
Using method of cell culture,35 cases ofhuman pituitary secreting adenoma(PSA)cellsreacting to TRH and dopamine(DA)were studied.The results showed the survival rate of the PSAcells in culture was high(PRL adenomas 88%and GH 90%).82% of PRL cells increased theirhormone secretion obviously under influence of 2.5μmolTRH,and 77% of PRL cells decreased theirsecretion under the influence of 10μmol DA.2.5μmol TRH could stimulate the GH cell toincrease their hormone secretion.while 10μmolDA caused 55% GH cells to decreased theirsecretion.It were more sensitive in mixedadenomas,may be due to abnormal function of receptors on the tumor cells.The result suggestedthat the human pituitary adnoma were regulatedby hypothalmus.It might be a“Partial-Dependent”tumor.
