摘要
本文报告对2713例颅内肿瘤诊治经验与改进意见。本组手术死亡率按照前10年、中10年和后14年三个阶段统计,分别为22.86%(1956～1966年)、15.63%(1967～1976年)及8.11%(1977～1990年)。介绍了诊治本病34年来的经验及手术方法改进。并讨论了其他有关治疗。
The experiences and improvements in operativetreatment of 2713 cases of intracranial tumors(ICT)is presented.The incidence of operative mortalityin this series were 22.86%(1956-1966),15.63%(1967-1976)and 8.11%(1977-1990)respectively.The experiences in management of these lesionsand several kinds of appropriate operative approachand methods are presented.
