摘要
目的:分析影像学特征和临床因素对脑膜瘤复发的影响。方法:对1992年1月～2000年1月本院神经外科经手术治疗脑膜瘤患者166例进行回顾性分析,应用SPSS11.07通过卡方检验进行单因素分析,应用二值多元Logic回归模型,以影像学和临床指标作为自变量,复发与否作为因变量作多因素分析。结果:单因素分析:肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、肿瘤形状、瘤周水肿、组织学类型,手术切除程度、CT增强形态与脑膜瘤复发有明显关系,有显著性差异。多因素分析:肿瘤部位、肿瘤形状、手术切除程度、组织学类型、CT增强形态是影响脑膜瘤复发的主要因素,有显著性差异。结论:肿瘤部位、肿瘤形状、手术切除程度、组织学类型和CT扫描增强对脑膜瘤复发有明显影响。
Objective： To analyze the radiological and clinical factors that affect the recurrence of the meningioma. Methods： The clinical and radiological aspects in 248 cases of meningiomas, which received operation during 1992 to 2000, were studied, only 166 cases are available. The factors were evaluated with univariate and multivariate analysis. Results： With univariate analysis, tumor location, tumor size, tumor shape, edema, extent of resection, pathological grade, CT enhancement showed highly significance to recurrence of meningiomas. With muhivariate analysis, tumor location, tumor shape, pathological grade, extent of resection, and CT enhancement showed significant danger to recurrence of meningiomas. Conclusion： The main factors that affect the recurrence of meningioma patients are tumor location, tumor shape, extent of resection, pathological grade and CT enhancement.
