Preparation of the MRI Immunological Target Contrast Agent of PEG-Magnetite Particles Coated with CL-3 Monoclonal Antibody

摘要 目的 探讨磁共振单克隆抗体靶向对比剂的制备方法。方法 以葡聚糖为载体 ,采用氧化法制备靶向磁性微粒。结果 制备的磁性纳米微粒与单抗相比保持了较高的结合活性和免疫活性。结论 合成CEA单克隆抗体标记磁性微粒 ,保证了结合活性免疫活性 ,为活体动物实验奠定了基础。 Objective To evaluate the preparation of the MRI target contrast agent of PEG magnetite particles coated with CL 3 monoclonal antibody. Methods Regarding dextran as carriers, the target magnetite particle was prepared by the periodate procedure. Results A nanometer of magnetite particles coated with CL 3 monoclonal antibody has a higher combination activation and immune activation compared with unbound McAb. Conclusion The target contrast agent of PEG magnetite particle coated with CEA monoclonal antibody, guarantee to combine the immune activation of activation, has established the foundation for animal's experiment of living body.
