摘要
目的提高便携式手术头灯的中心照度、显示指数、光能利用率和均匀度。方法采用360 nm紫光激发红绿蓝(RGB)荧光粉技术获得优质白光,并通过非球面透镜组进行匀光和优化准直,以很小的灯头直径实现无遮挡同轴专业照明。整个头灯的灯头采用外延式散热叶片,在实现高亮度的同时,也可以确保灯头的快速散热。结果整个光路设计中,非球面曲率制造精度达到±0.03 mm,装配精度需要达到±0.02 mm,设计平面度精度±0.02 mm,平行度精度±0.02 mm,同轴度精度±0.02 mm,装配公差±0.02 mm。设置100 lm的总光通量,250 mm处接收到84.614 lm,光利用率约85%,均匀度约为80%。经过临床测试,通过便携式手术头灯的光学系统设计,出射光线汇聚成直径为40 mm(200 mm处)的光斑,中心照度≥40 000 lux(200 mm处),显色指数≥90,色温5 700~6 500 K;光斑均匀,边界清晰,亮度恒定。经过便携式手术头灯的光学系统设计后,整个便携式手术头灯在使用过程中,即医院的门诊检查、查房会诊、应急手术等运用过程中,照射区温升较低,发热量低,热辐射极少,色温稳定,光照均匀,清晰度高。结论便携式手术头灯的光学系统设计能够实现其色温稳定,光照均匀,清晰度高,非常适合临床运用。
Objective To improve the central illuminance, display index, light utilization rate and evenness of portable surgical headlights. Methods High quality white light was obtained by using 360 nm violet light to stimulate red-green-blue(RGB) phosphor, and aspherical lens group was used for homogenization and optimizing collimation, and to realize unshielded coaxial professional lighting with very small lamp head diameter. The epitaxial cooling blades were used in entire lamp head for high brightness and rapid heat dissipation. Results In entire optical design, the aspheric curvature accuracy was ± 0.03 mm,assembly accuracy was ± 0.02 mm,design flatness accuracy was ± 0.02 mm,parallelism accuracy was ± 0.02 mm,coaxial accuracy was ± 0.02 mm and assembly tolerance was ± 0.02 mm. The total luminous flux of 100 lm was set, 84.614 lm was received at 250 mm, and the light utilization rate was about 85 % and uniformity about 80 %. In clinical test, the exit ray was a spot with diameter of 40 mm(at 200 mm), center illumination ≥ 40 000 lux(at 200 mm), color rendering index ≥ 90 and color temperature 5 700-6 500 K. The spot was uniform with clear boundary and constant brightness. The portable surgical headlights showed low temperature rise in light irradiation area, low heat generation and very few heat radiation, with stable color temperature and uniform illumination and high definition, which can be used in clinical examination, consultations and emergency operation. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the optical system of the designed portable surgical headlights is suitable for clinical application due to its stable color temperature, uniform illumination and high definition.
