摘要
目的:探讨新型LED野战手术无影灯的临床应用。方法:将新型LED野战无影灯应用于日常手术中,与传统无影灯进行对比。结果:通过野外训练临床使用和测试,整台无影灯的光、电参数均超过相关标准的要求,可交直流两用,其耗电量小,发光效率高,照射区温升小,自我维持工作效果好,拆卸简单,携带轻便,抗冲击能力强,手术使用非常方便。结论:该野战手术无影灯既适用于野战卫勤,也适合医院手术室使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of a new LED field operation shadowless lamp. Methods The LED field operation shadowless lamp was compared with the traditional one. Results The field application proved that the lamp, compatible with AC/DC, had its optical and electrical parameters meet the requirements of related standards, which was low in power consumption and temperature rise in the illuminated area and high in luminous efficiency, self sustaining, portability and anti shock. Conclusion The shadowless lamp is suitable for field medical service and hospital use.
