摘要
目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在提高消毒供应中心应急手术器械的供应保障率中的应用效果。方法运用QCC活动改善应急手术器械供应流程,找出影响应急手术器械供应的主要原因,制定相应对策并实施检讨。同时借助品管圈质量工具统计相关数据,对品管圈活动的实施效果进行评价。结果在改善手术器械配置不合理及应急通道不畅方面,QCC活动目标达成率为107.66%,进步率为16.91%。消毒供应中心QCC成员在QCC手法运用、专业知识水平、沟通协调能力、脑力激荡、团队精神、发掘问题能力得到提升。结论开展QCC活动能保障应急手术器械供应,同时降低了手术器械购置成本,提升了消毒供应中心人员沟通、协调能力。
Objective To investigate the effect o f quality control cycle a ctivity in improvingthe supplement of emergency surgical instruments. Methods To modified the supplement o f e-mergency surgical instruments by set up the Q C C a c t iv ity. To f in d out the reaefficiency of the emergency surgical instruments supply. TO formulate cobased on the reason and check results,evaluate the efficiency o f quality control circle a c t iv ity. Results In terms of improving krational allocation o f surgical instruments and blocked informa-tion system, the target achievement ratio and progress ratio was 107.66% and 16. 91X , respec-t ively. QCC members achieved a improvement in QCC practice, knt ion, brainstorm ski l ls, cooperation,and problem discovering after QCC a c t iv ity. Conclusion QCCactivity not only improve supplement o f emergency surgical instruments, but also reduce sur-gical instruments cost,as w ell as enhanced the communication and costaff.
