摘要 既有住宅建筑与住区的绿色化改造,对节能环保、居住质量提高、城市容颜改善等具有重要作用。文章结合既有住宅现况与绿色建筑评价体系,在价值评估与病理诊断的基础上,以寒冷地区单元式住区为对象,提出改善市政、整体增固、强化实用、节能改造、全程全责管理等具体的绿色化物化策略与措施。对绿色化设计理念以建筑物实物形式充分表达,使原有不能满足需求的既有住宅建筑与环境不良的住区重新焕发活力,为改善居住环境和条件、提升城市品质及可持续发展提供借鉴与参考。 The green renovation of existing residential buildings and residential areas plays an important role in energy conservation and environmental protection, optimization of residential quality and improvement of urban appearance. Combining the current status of residential buildings and the green building evaluation system, based on the value assessment and pathological diagnosis and taking the unitized residential building in the cold areas as research object, the article proposes the specific green renovation strategies and measures such as improving municipal facilities, overall solidification, practicability improvement, energy-saving renovation, and full responsibility for the whole process. The green design concept is fully expressed in the form of physical buildings to revitalize the existing residential buildings and environmentally unfriendly residential areas that can’t meet the demands, provide reference for improving living environment and conditions, improving urban quality and sustainable development.
