摘要
分析了中国建筑耗能的特点和现状,提出了降低建筑能耗的具体措施。同时指出:从能耗方式来看,供暖节能应该是开展建筑节能工作的重点;从能耗的产生过程考虑,建筑运行阶段的动态节能(即系统节能)是节能工作的关键环节;从能量利用的实质上讲,提高能量转换效率是节能工作的核心。为推动新形势下的建筑节能工作有一定的理论指导意义。
The present situation and characteristics of building energy consumption in China have been analyzed in this article. Then, some concrete measures to cut down the energy consumption in building have been put forward. At the same time, some important viewpoints are listed as so ： In terms of the means to consume the energy, energy conservation in heating should be the most important part in building energy conservation; As to the course of energy consumption, the dynamic energy conservation during the running course should be the key chain; To improve the efficiency of energy, exchange is considered the center aim according to the essential of energy utilization, which would promote the building energy conservation in new situation.
